It's official all you students are attending an FE college viewed as Outstanding again four years on from achieving this title. Don't forget a big part of that will be down to you, how hard you work, how well you acheive and how much you get involved with the college and all it has to offer.
The Government has released aims to get the whole of British fully digital which Gordon Brown feels will help to lift us out of the recession. The move would focus on:
• universal access to broadband
• the modernisation of wireless radio spectrum
• a digital future for radio
• digital content rights
• enhancing the digital delivery of public services
This will all enhance more downloading of films, games and music without leaving the comfort of your own home.

What's all this G20 stuff?
The G20 brings together some of the key world leaders to look at and review matters effecting us all i.e. environment and finance. This year it is generally understood that key concerns will focus on the 'financial crisis' which has taken hold world-wide.
'The G-20 will need to send a strong signal that it is prepared to take whatever further actions are necessary to stabilise the financial system and to provide further macroeconomic support. At the same time, the G-20 must commit to maintaining open trade and investment, to avoid a retreat to protectionism, and direct necessary additional support to emerging markets and developing countries.'
